Heidi Klum...You are on my List!

There are several celebs that I have written about that may be some of the worst dressed people period...this includes the candidates of TLC's 'What Not to Wear.'  I think I have been been real transparent about them-Miley, Olsen Twins, Kristen Stewart, Etc.  But Heidi Klum, you have officially been added to this list with this outfit.  And you were once a Super Model!!!

Heidi and her daughter Leni were out strolling in New York, which I will mention is a Fashion Mecca, wearing a black (grey) and white frilly sundress, over sized frock sweater and gigantic white scarf.  While her daughters fashion sense far surpasses her mothers, in her pink and white striped dress, both have ugly tennis shoes. But I am not going to pick on a little kid.  But cant you see Leni's embarrassment, "Is my mother really wearing that?"

Hmmm, how to save the outfit?

I just looked up the weather in New York to see if it was rainy, stormy or warm.  Its 87 degrees currently, so I think she can lose the scarf for sure.  If she is feeling a chill from shopping in the retail establishments, a cute little jean jacket or simple sweater would of been better.  The bottom of the dress already grabs enough attention, the top should be a bit more simple if she really wants to wear the dress.  I mean I first thought it was a tutu.  And those shoes...couldn't of put on a pair of sandals?

This is only one example of Heidi's horrible casual wardrobe.  I think she looks a bit better dressed up, so that leads me to believe she has a team to help her out.  So the blame falls on her, maybe she should let Leni pick out her clothes.  BURN the dress, it seems pretty bad from what I see and the sweater.  Keep the scarf and tennis shoes (if you must) for a rainy day and move on...ask your fashion consultants to take you shopping.  And do what you can to get off my list, which trust me, you do not want to be on!

Katy & Heidi-The Kids Know Better...So should YOU!!!

Yesterday was the 2012 Kids Choice Awards on Nickelodeon.  Its were all the kids and tweens get together, pick their favorite actors, actresses, singers, athletes and so on and so on.  But most importantly it is where famous people get covered in neon green slime.  Anything for the kids right?  Past slimees include Jim Carrey, Will Smith and in 2011, Katy Perry.  So one can only guess that that experience inspired this years outfit for her.

I know I am going to get in some trouble for this post, but so be it.  Not only is she from Santa Barbara and went to the same high school as me,  but a bunch of my friends love her (also including my mother.)  But that is no excuse, this is awful from head to toe.  Obviously we was channeling last years slimed outfit, but with the orange carpet and blue hair, it's what the youngsters call a "Hot Mess."  Besides that fact, she looks like she stole one of their lil dance outfits when they weren't looking.

And she wasn't the only one, although more subtle, Heidi Klum also had a not so winning number on. At least she was dressed for winter, but that dress and boots combo is not 'Supermodel' approved.  Again, very different than Katy's dress-yet makes for a nice canvas to slime on.

Hmmm, how to save the outfit?

We will start with Heidi's outfit first.  I would say pick one or the other.  If your gonna do that dress, which I am not sure is entirely right for a kids show,  change the shoes and add a pop of color somewhere.  If your gonna stay with the boots, pick a completely different outfit.  As for Katy...lets be honest, she goes for shock value first and I shouldn't be surprised to figure out that this outfit is not save-able.  She should give Heidi some her color, maybe her bright green shoes?

As far as I can see these two women have three things in common.  1. Both went to a Kids Awards Show. 2. Both are going or gone through very public, yet seemingly amicable divorces. And 3. Both have terrible style based on the photos I have seen of them recently.  Now Katy goes for pure gimmick and attention as we all know, she did marry Russell Brand.  I believe Heidi tries, but I just don't think has great fashion sense, but why should she?  She has had people telling her what to wear in fashion shoots most of her life. 

To Heidi, keep the dress and boots-just never wear them at the same time again.  Katy, BURN the entire thing.  And I know for a fact you have stylists, I have seen them among your giant entourage you bring to performances.  So go ahead and FIRE them too while your at it.  They can do better and so should you.  Your now an accomplished artist, everyone knows who you are.  Let us see your talent and not your terrible outfits.

Hey Peter Pan...We found Tinkerbell!

Moms don't have the easiest job, I get that.  I am sure I did lots of things to my mother to make her question her sanity as to why she had me.  And I watch all those make-over shows, the moms are always so focused on their children that they let their own fashion and hygiene slip.  However this is just ridiculous and for once, the kids should not be blamed.

"The Body" as Heidi Klum is known for, (not making this up- I worked at Victoria's Secret I know) has as a supermodel probably gotten used to wearing interesting pieces of wardrobe.  I mean if you watch a fashion show, its not generally stuff you would see people walking down the road in.  I can't remember the last time I saw someone wearing a bright orange pointed dunce cap, black raccoon eyes painted on and a white wedding dress....I know quite the image, but you get where I am going. 

But coming out of a work meeting, even in NYC, this is a little strange.  And those shoes, where to begin...  The bag, what is she carrying in it, rocks?  Regardless of her supermodel status and the fact she has like 9 million kids (4 kids in actuality) this crime against fashion cannot be allowed.

Hmmm, how to save the outfit?

Well lose all the layers, I mean is she trying to be a fairy?  Those shoes should for sure be thrown out, and that bag...this is just a jumbled mess and cannot be fixed.

Lets be honest, Heidi I am sure has the best stylists in the biz.  And generally when you see her out with her husband Seal, she is dressed far better.  So I will leave the stylist alone...Heidi, you get all the blame for this winner.  Take it all home, get back in the swimsuits that made you famous, go to the beach, start a bonfire and BURN the whole ensemble!
